for guidance and discernment. Analysis of the
degree and nature of need. Availability of resources.
B. Project planning
is normally an international effort:
American Mission
Focus
Plan project for selected country. Select and train team members.
Source funds for meeting
project goals.
African/International Mission
Action Conduct analysis on country needs. Advise Project
Teams on goals and expected outcomes. Liaison with local key people and coordinate site logistics.
